Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Because many of our pieces are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. During limited drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Order tracking
You will automatically be emailed tracking once your package is shipped by our warehouse team. If you haven't received tracking please reach out to support@fog-form.com.
Domestic shipping options
We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders receive free standard shipping.
Delivery time depends on your location once the package leaves our facility.
International Shipping Options
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Missing Package
Please allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time to contact us. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If your package has not been located after 24 hours, please contact us.
Exchanges & Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
A $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Sizing & Product Information
Our garments are designed in San Francisco and made in the USA.
We offer a variety of sizing options. Fit may vary slightly depending on the piece. Please reference the size chart before purchasing.
Drops & availability
Some designs are limited drops.
Others are made to order to reduce waste and overproduction.
If a product is marked sold out, it may not return.
