Refund policy
Here’s a revised version of your return policy that clearly incorporates the $5 flat return shipping fee and matches your Shopify return settings.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Fee
A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for approved returns. This fee covers the prepaid return shipping label provided by Fog & Form and is charged once per return, regardless of the number of eligible items included in the package.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
If your item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or you received the incorrect product, the $5 return shipping fee will be waived, and we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been accepted, simply place a new order for the item you’d like.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any applicable $5 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
